This retail operation has been around for 26 years, the last 16 of which have been under the leadership of Jerry, Ken and Mike Long. The operation makes $3.6 million in sales on a 6-acre site, and the retailers use the CounterPoint POS system to print out weekly reports for efficient decision-making. "(It) helps us maintain reasonable inventory levels," writes co-owner Ken Long. "The POS gives us a real-time, accurate picture of profit down to individual items."
