What changes have you made in the last 12 months to increase your garden center’s profitability?
We stained the concrete greenhouse floors to give our greenhouse a more upscale feel. Annual parking lot resurfacing always keeps us looking fresh. Extension of our gift shop, allowing for our new Pandora Boutique and P. Graham Dunn room.
What makes your garden center Revolutionary?
We continue to provide the DeWayne's experience even during the down economy by maintaining our "appearances" and by continuing to upgrade our site. Restaining the concrete floor, relandscaping the front lawn and entry and adding the additional square footage in the gift shop. The additional space allows for more merchandise to be featured and new lines to be added. Finally, continuing to provide the best customer service is a vital part of the DeWayne's experience.
