Tropical Waterlilies
Van Bloem Gardens
April 2010
Tropical waterlilies from Van Bloem Gardens are the true ‘Lilies of the Nile’. Similar to their hardy cousins, these lilies differ in richness of color and have highly toothed foliage. They bloom relentlessly everyday summer through fall, with blooms of unusual and exotic colors that are 4-8” in diameter. Tropical waterlilies prefer water temperatures to be over 80°Fahrenheit and should not be placed in water that is below 65°.
