What makes your garden center revolutionary? We designed, built, and opened Sugar Creek Garden Center in the midst of the turbulent economic times of 2009. Although the first 18 months of operation have been very difficult and our sales have been significantly less that we planned, we are using a host of tools garnered from industry experts to drive the business toward sustained profitability. Although we have not yet reached what most would call ‘steady-state’, we are well on the way to doing so.
